What a lovely stay! The room was clean and so spacious—felt like a mini palace! And that comfy bed? I wish I could've taken it home.
But seriously, the coffee machine was a bit of a puzzle, and the toilet had the flushing speed of a tortoise. Who needs an Olympic event in the bathroom?

The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.
The shower water pressure was disappointingly low during our stay.

The stay was enjoyable, primarily due to the beautifully renovated rooms that offered a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout, especially in the lobby where complimentary coffee was available. However, I felt a breakfast option would have enhanced our experience. Overall, it was a great choice for our getaway as we explored the nearby Sandia Mountains and local attractions.

We explored beautiful hiking trails in the Sandia Mountains and visited Old Town, filled with culture and history. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. We parked right outside! Keep in mind there’s no breakfast included. Overall, a solid choice for a fun getaway.
We did face some trouble during check-in when the staff required my friend's ID just to pick up a parking pass. A bit frustrating since we had already booked for two people.

Could be better – read on
The hotel offers ample comfort with a cozy bed and clean, newly remodeled rooms. Welcoming staff uplift the experience, yet I encountered an issue with cleanliness during my visit that dampened my stay. With some additional effort, this place could truly shine! Free shuttles enhance the convenient location for events nearby.

The bed was notably comfortable, and the room was clean with well-maintained furnishings. Security is enhanced with the monitored parking lot and active staff presence overnight, creating a reassuring atmosphere. However, the property shows its age, and there was a hefty damage deposit required for cash payments, which can be burdensome for travelers with limited cash flow.

missingWrote a review on Apr 30charming exteriorclean lobbyfresh furnitureold bathroom
The exterior maintains a nostalgic charm, while the lobby offers a tidy coffee bar that makes mornings a bit more pleasant. The new owners have clearly put effort into renovation. the rooms feature fresh furniture and a mini-fridge, adding a touch of comfort.
Unfortunately, the reality doesn't quite match the allure. Many rooms feel cramped, with outdated bathrooms reminiscent of a bygone era. During my stay, there were unfortunate cleanliness issues, including dirty pillowcases and worn linens that seemed past their prime. The ice machine was out of order, and noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace at night. Plus, while there are some dining options nearby, I found myself approached by panhandlers when stepping outside, which dampened the experience.
